Ramona's Annual Winterfest 2019

Join us on Saturday, February 16th, 2019 for a fun-filled family event.   

This year's theme is Wild West 'Western Cowboys & Cowgirls'.
Cross Country Poker Run 
Walk, Ski or Snowshoe 
Our hard packed trail is carved through the forest, circling around a large beaver pond.  Keep your eyes open for deer, moose and wild turkey tracks. Several large owls have been spotted as well. 
The four check points along the trail guarantee you a warm welcome and a chance to draw that winning hand.
Depart the Hall anytime between 10:00am & 2:00 pm. There are no departures from the hall after 2:00 pm in order that everyone (including our guys and gals at the checkpoints) to get back to the hall by 4:00 pm

You must be back to the hall by 4:00 pm for your hand to be entered for the cash prizes!
Euchre Tournament

1:30 pm
   Children's  Craft  Corner    (no extra charge)
Silent Auction


CASH PRIZES plus fun in the Hall, including delicious food and LLBO.
Cost is only $5.00 per person to support our famous Winterfest button campaign.

130th ANNUAL FALL FAIR 1890 - 2019
 
Date: Friday, September 13, 2019
 
Horseshoe Tournament
 
Friday - Registration 6:30 pm. Tournament begins at 7:00 pm
 
Cost: $10.00 per team of two (Please note there is a limit of 32 teams for this tournament. The first 32 teams registered will play).

Fair Day
 
Saturday, September 14, 2019 - Gates open at 10:00 am Opening ceremonies at 12:00 pm

Cost: $6.00 per Adult/Senior, Children 6 - 15 years $2.00, under 6 free.


  • Interactive Heavy Horse Display from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
This is an interactive horse display which will allow you to get up close and personal with the horses in a safe environment. See how to roll manes and do up tails. Learn about the workings of the harness and watch a team get harnessed.
  • Heavy and Light Horse Draw starts 4:00 pm
Come and see one of the largest horse draws in our area.
Lots of free Kids games. Spelling and reading contests.
Ladies Nail Driving Contest and Husband Calling Contest.
Exhibit hall, Horse pull, arts and crafts, vendors, livestock, plus so much more!
Good, hot delicious homemade food served all day long
